Why should I choose Mutt Strutters?

I am insured, bonded and have my Pet First Aid certificate from St. John Ambulance along with an up-to-date Police Check. Mutt Strutters has grown mostly through referrals because I provide a reliable dog walking service that works with your schedule and am very accommodating to last minute requests.

Will I be notified of what happens on my dogs walk?

Yes! I write detailed daily notes after each walk/visit. I let you know the time I was there, how many pees and poops your pup had, where we went on our walk, and any other relevant information.

What is Mutt Strutters walking cancellation policy?

We all lead busy lives, and sometimes things happen. However, I ask that as much notice be given as possible, preferably the morning of or before I arrive at your home. If I have already travelled to your home a $10 fee will be charged on your next invoice.

What is Mutt Strutters boarding cancellation policy?

A 20% down payment for boarding is required upon booking. If you cancel less than a month from the date of boarding the deposit is non-refundable.

What about inclement weather?

Don't worry, I have all-weather gear for rainy/cold/snowy days. Remember to leave a towel out for those wet days so I can dry off your pup. In extreme weather (heat waves, snow storms, thunderstorms, etc.) services may be modified for the safety of everyone involved and you will be notified the day of either via text or in the daily note.

When is payment due?

My clients are billed on a daily, weekly, biweekly schedule. Depending on what you request (and how often) determines your billing cycle.

Will my dog be walked in a pack with other dogs? Will other dogs be in my home?

Some dog owners prefer their pups socialized and enjoy meeting other furry friends at the local park, other owners prefer their dogs walked privately; whatever your needs - I will meet them. At Mutt Strutters I emphasize SAFE socialization. My focus is on your dog at every pick up and drop off, which also ensures that you don't have other animals in your home.
